- All goods will be inspected and could not be returned or refunded .In other
case meringue merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will take care
of you.
- Exchange
- - Please send all items you wish to exchange from an order in the same shipment
to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
- Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.
- We prefer that items are returned to us via DHL or our Thailand Premier service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to by any secure means. - Notwithstanding anything else in these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning items to us.
- It's free for charge to exchange items for a different sizE (avaiable in stock) within 7 days after you recieve the items. but you need to pay for shipping on the replacement item.
- Importantly our items made limited quantity and size so please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges just only in stock on time. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative size without item in our stock, we suggest that you return it and purchase the others new item by comparable or highly cost.
